I am an AHPRA registered psychologist and I have completed further training/professional development courses in a number of psychotherapy approaches. Since I started private practice, I have been helping people manage mental health challenges and improve their mental wellbeing. In particular I am passionate to help people with multicultural backgrounds.

I believe that each individual has the inner ability to grow and flourish and I look forward to walking with them on the journey to realise their potentials and abilities.
I structure my therapy approach based on the client’s personal needs and I take a non-judgmental approach when working with the client. Examples of the psychotherapy approaches I draw on are CBT, ACT, DBT, SFBT and emotionally-focused therapy.
