Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid training is run over 2 days. Each day includes 6 hours of content, with breaks for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

​You must complete both sessions to be eligible for the accreditation assessment and certificate.

​The course fee for face to face MHFA training is $330 / $250 per person. Fees include a manual and activities

Private mental health safe space

Approximately 20% of Australian adults experience a common mental illness each year.

​Completing Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training will help you to develop the skills to support a friend, family member, co-worker or member of the general public, developing a mental health problem, or experiencing a mental health crisis, and make a real difference in your community.

​We run courses open to the general public, as well as private and workplace based training.

​Our MHFA training is accredited with Mental Health First Aid Australia, contributes to CPD points and provides participants with a Certificate of Accreditation or Certificate of Completion, which is valid for 3 years.
